Citing the proceedings contribution
The recommended way to cite the DIS 2007 Workshop proceedings contribution is following (LaTeX notation)
  \bibitem{XY} A.~Author, ``Title of the Talk'',
	Proc.~of 15th Int.~Workshop on Deep-Inelastic Scattering
	and Related Subjects, Munich, April 2007,
	\verb$http://dx.doi.org/...$
where ... should be replaced by the DOI as given on the abstract page of each contribution. Citing the DOI has the advantage that this link also works when the current link changes for some reason.

Another possibility is to add \usepackage{doi} in the preamble of your LaTeX document. You can then cite the contribution as
  \bibitem{XY} A.~Author, ``Title of the Talk'',
	Proc.~of 15th Int.~Workshop on Deep-Inelastic Scattering
	and Related Subjects, Munich, April 2007,
	\doi{...}
where the \doi{...} will be replaced by a hyperlink to the abstract webpage.

If the doi package is not part of your LaTeX installation, you can find it e.g. here.
