The 15th International Workshop on Deep Inelastic Scattering and Related Subjects will be held in Munich, Germany from April 16-20, 2007. The web page describing the site of the Workshop as well as the broad outlines of the agenda can be found under http://www.mppmu.mpg.de/dis2007.

The aim of the DIS workshops is to review the progress in the field of DIS and QCD and to discuss and lay the groundwork for the future. DIS 2007 is expected to bring together about 300 experimentalists and theorists. The workshop format will involve plenary sessions with review talks and parallel working group sessions with shorter contributions. Those of you interested in making presentations in the parallel sessions should contact the appropriate session conveners. Names and addresses for the conveners are available on the web pages.

DIS 2007 is now open for registration, and we encourage those of you who are planning to attend to register as soon as possible. The deadline for the early-bird fee requires registration by January 15, 2007. The web page will be updated as more information becomes available, e.g., on the science and social programs. Additional bulletins will be distributed announcing major changes or impending deadlines.
